It amazes me that people don’t understand that Federal and state budgets are very different things. It’s like the liberal equivalent of republicans equating balancing one’s chequebook with the federal budget deficit.

Maryland was embarrassed about being affluent, not it wants to be poor and will get its wish soon enough.

Taxes keep going up but the quality of schools and infrastructure keeps declining. Who wants to catch this falling knife?

This is a progressive income tax befitting a modern civilization. Main flaw is that it's local not statewide.

They can't grow the economy. They can't foster an environment conducive to bringing in businesses and more jobs.
