Any idea when kids will start hearing?

How did the second day look? Anyone attend?

Completely agree- team placement at U9 means nothing. They don't know the players well and can't really guess who will develop well over the next year. Tell your kids to have fun and don't put pressure on them.

No. No matter what time your kid goes tell them to be a team player, be verbal, pass the ball, and run to get the ball that goes out of bounce. The shows that you were coachable, a team player and not a ball hog.

6:30 time slot appears to be for the more competitive players trying for the top teams.

Won’t matter in a few years when all the strongest boys move to MLS Next. Same problem that plagues other ECNL clubs.

Most decisions are made at the tryout. Look at the field your kid is on and see if other players around her are good and you could guess if your kid will make it and which team she will likely make.

First time trying out on the girls’ side. Curious how many decisions are made at tryouts or if teams were largely set in Futures.
