A Realtor told you that? What a great source of unbiased information! I feel sorry for you if you actually believe that...you're going to miss out on a lot of houses as the buyer if your agent is passing them over because they're not offering buyside commission. And if you're a seller dumb enough to still be offering a commission, you deserved to be robbed of your 3%.
