The Iron Druid series bt Kevin Hearn. Actually, I feel all of his books are very entertaining to read. Ink and Sigil series is great.

If you like Heyer, I think Lynn Messina's writing style might be entertaining. Very clever writing.

T Kingfisher’s fantasy novels have big Bujold vibes! Great dialogue, weird, whimsical, often dark but also hopeful.
Start with Clockwork Boys for more straight fantasy, or the Paladin series if you want to go heavier on the romance.

If you really like these two authors, who else do you read? I am open to most genres. I love books/stories with a wonderful sense of time and place, good sense of humor, wit and sparkle. Currently reading “Murderbot diaries” and loving that too.
