I love having my treadmill! I go for 22 minute walks when it's raining or snowing or very cold or very hot. I watch 1 episode of a "30 minute" show (it's actually only 22 minutes). Depending on the time of year I'll watch up to 3 episodes a day to make my step goal of 6k steps/day. It's about 2000 steps an episode.

I also use it for running when the weather doesn't allow me to run outside. I have a cheap treadmill (about $600) and it's lasted me over 3 years of continuous use and a few hundred miles.

Keep in mind, they are VERY loud. They are a PITA to move or lift.

I have one. Use it. I got a Landice because it is sturdy and my husband needs handrails because of a physical condition. It is a good machine. Got it from a store so they could deliver it, place it where I wanted it and put it together. I read dome bad things about NordicTrak. There are many others, including portables. I'm happy with the Landice.

Everyday. I do enjoy walking outside, but can’t keep a good pace like I do on the treadmill.

I have a fancy NordicTrack that I like but it has things I don't need. You can get a treadmill on Amazon for pretty cheap (like $100) but the cheap one I got started having issues pretty quickly and didn't have an automatic incline, which is important to me. I had a great treadmill for about 15 years that was perfect -- not too much, not too little -- but I can't remember what it was! The NordicTrack works great and does everything I want it to, but I could do without the stupid screen, and the constant pushing of iFit. If it weren't for those, it would be perfect. But they're expensive.

Yes. I don't really run on it (I dislike running and only do it as part of training for something or a fitness class), but I walk on it several times a week. Even if I only do 20 mins after a meal or if I'm feeling particularly amped up while teleworking, I love having the option.

Yes, we use it every day. DH and I used to take turns, so now we have two of them.

Yes, I've had mainly two treadmills over the past 20 years and use them almost every day. I have a very scheduled morning, and it is easier for me to time-manage my workout in my gym rather than going outside. Plus, I am working on a VO2 max build plan after a SCAD that did some heart damage.

Every morning when I first get up and then sometimes in the evening too, especially in winter when the days are short.

I had a treadmill for 20+ years, same one and used it on a regular basis, primarily for running when I couldn't run outside due to darkness (not for me) or extreme weather or to do intervals or hill training that I found easier to do on a treadmill. It was damaged during a move in 2020, and I didn't replace it because I no longer focus on running as my form of exercise. It it had not been damaged, I would still be using it for walking for the same reasons (weather, darkness, hills, etc.).

I have had treadmills for 15+ years and use it regularly. I also walk outside and do other types of in-person/online fitness activities. But the treadmill is great for early morning/evening workouts, when the weather is horrible (my DH runs on it when it's pouring), my teens also use it periodically.

All the time, but I’m using it as a training tool. Probably about 800 of the 1000-1200 miles/year are done on my peloton tread+. If I was just using it for walking, I’m not so confident it would get much use.

I can count on my hands how many times I used it in the past five years. I walk almost daily outside but even in winter, never use the treadmill.

Considering getting a treadmill for when I can’t get out on walks (weather, husband traveling). I usually walk outside 2-3 times a week (at least once with friends). We have a dog, so I do take the dog out but we also have a huge yard and a dog walker for the two days I am in the office.
