I buy plain and add jam or fruit or honey or maple syrup when I eat it. Cheaper and I like the taste better. Although not low sugar (I make my own jam and I don’t skimp on the sugar) you could try that with less sweet fruit preserves.

I add cinnamon and Pom seeds to plain fage, delicious and adds sweetness

I add strawberries or grapes to my plain yogurt to naturally sweeten.

Chobani makes “low sugar” flavored yogurts. They are pretty good, no stevia or artificial sweeteners, just less sugar than the typical flavored ones. They also make a zero carb or 2g one or something like that…that one does have fake sugar and is terrible. So don’t confuse them

I have started baking my own bread and now every time we have store bought I can taste the sugar in the bread.

Sugar is naturally addicting so it keeps the consumer coming back for more. Well played food manufacturers; well played.

Also the chemicals they add to the ‘no sugar added’ stuff is horrendous-stevia ruins food tastes like styrofoam

Fage plain yogurt is the real deal. Almost Everything else are milkshakes pretending to be yogurts

I keep hearing that yogurt is great but also that dairy is inflammatory. Is yogurt ok while milk is not?

Here’s my friendly reminder to read labels before buying items from the shelves. Just as an example, one small bottle of Moroccan iced tea that looked innocent has 37% of added sugars. Yoghurts are good for your gut in terms of good bacteria, but are loaded with sugars.
For the sake of our health, don’t buy the “I need sugar to be happy and keep going”.
