Be aware September is the heigh of hurricane season. Book refundable hotel rooms and if possible flights. Just because there is a hurricane doesn’t mean they necessarily give you your money back.

If you go in the summer, there are festival nights on Wednesdays and the whole main strip is closed down with music, food and vendors.

We had dinner at Breezes at Cambridge Beaches and it was fantastic.

Daytime temps should be in the 70s. DH and I are avid beach goers and not put off by water temps in the high 60s (that's warm by my New England standards), so while I know it won't be hot we're still looking forward to this as an easy spring beach trip.


Pp replying to myself here. We're leaving tomorrow and had such a fantastic time, despite experiencing a cold snap for the duration of our long weekend. We went in the ocean every day, saw incredible fish, and our kids declared this paradise (they've also been to other islands). The color of the water and the limestone topography took my breath away every morning.

I think it is perfect for a 3 night trip if you can get nonstop flights. The benefit of the St Regis is that it is close to Horsehoe Bay which has great snorkeling.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Bermuda. It’s nice, but there are much nicer beaches. The flight is convenient though.

We'd like to get away for 3 nights, 4 days for our 10 year anniversary next September. We'd love to go to an island and just relax. Does Bermuda sound like a good option? Any recommended resorts, restaurants, activities?
