It’s not a rigorous exam.
It’s fun little one-on-one exercises that the practitioner observes and then submits a write up about.
You don’t have to do a WISC (it’s pricey), but you do need to submit some kind of new evidence such as artwork or a homemade game or writing sample or example of outside-the-box problem solving or creative engineering done for fun, or a deep-dive research paper your child did just because she was interested in a topic, etc.
