I adore my Caraway cookware. Very easy to keep clean if you follow the directions.

I need to buy some new baking sheets. I generally use some for baking cookies and some for one pan recipes (chicken, vegetables, etc). I'd rather have different ones so I'm not mixing.

Any recommendations for what pans are better for each one or should I just buy the same and designate?
