Very good experience so far. I've been on Mounjaro before (didn't want to keep going with the out-of-pocket costs and unpredictable unavailability), and the pros/cons are the same (good weight loss and a day of headaches/lethargy). The medicine comes from a compounding pharmacy in a neatly-packed, chilled box.

On it currently (oral formulation). No negative side effects save some constipation, but that’s not super atypical for me.

Everyone responds differently to semaglutide so YMMV. They also send anti-nausea medicine with the prescription (which I never took) and encourage you to take a stool softener daily.

Primarily constipation and mild nausea, and lethargy. I felt generally "yucky" so I was motivated to lose the weight as quickly as possible to get off the drugs. I stopped at xmas but have a whole vial left, so I've been taking 20ml 1x a month to maintain and don't feel any ill effects from that.

Pretty easy.

Does anyone have any experience with Henrymeds for compounded semaglutide?
