Script Derm is a similar brand started by one of the dermatologist/content creators that I enjoy watching. Script Derm has a lower price point than Agency. I haven’t personally ordered from either company.

And they don't give you a courtesy email before sending like literally every other subscription service. I canceled due to this.

Current subscriber but going to cancel. The product is fine, retinol, but they send it too often. I have two unopened tubes and about half way through current tube.

I tried it, I didn't stick with it because I didn't like the tactile/scent of the products. It was a little thicker/tackier than I liked and I did not like the smell.

Is it creamy? Does it absorb? I am currently on Musely on the formulation is sticky doesn't absorb and I have a hard time using it because of this. Their Hydroquinone is even less user friendly.

I’ve been using it for a little over a year and recently looked at my before pictures compared to now and let me tell you I’m blown away at the difference. Skin firmness. Dark spots and just overall glow. It’s night and day. My bottle is $80 for two months and it’s well worth it in my opinion. They’ve adjusted the Rx to increase the Tretinoin several times and I didn’t experience any negative effects. I will definitely keep using it.

Yes; I like it. They start with a very low level of tretinoin and slowly increase it, which means your skin is less likely to have a reaction but does mean that you spend many months with a very low level of tretinoin…

I’m a subscriber and love it! I used Curology (their original brand) for years and made the switch to Agency after it launched. The providers are very responsive have changed my formulation a few times, either to increase tretinoin or change an ingredient based on what my skin is doing at the time. Highly recommend.
