We also had PBK Kendall crib converted to toddler bed, a PBK nightstand, and an Ikea Hemnes dresser. I eventually ordered a PBK headboard and twin bed. She's 11 now and petite, and it is still working.

We bought a twin bed, a short bookcase and a chest of drawers; all are made from solid wood, not made from pressboard, so they should be sturdy. We plan to add a matching solid desk in a few years. All are in the same finish and style. We plan to keep these at least until DC completes college.

Full bed. They are white though so may or may not last through high school.

Its time for an upgrade. Did you buy a twin bedroom set and plan to upgrade again as a tween? or did you try to buy something with a full bed intended to last through high school?
