My senior year was accepted RD into engineering this year with 1520 SAT, high rigor at a public school in the DNV.
They are offering money to visit.

Should be shoe-in with merit if your kid EDs and shows demonstrated interest.

Excellent school with such a lovely campus.
Applicants must show that they are highly interested in attending Case if accepted.

As an outsider to today's admissions process, but my father worked at Case and my grandfather attended, it looks like it's very, very important to Case that the candidate is serious about Case. It's clear that they get kids who did not get into any reaches but are still highly qualified. My guess is they do prioritize somewhat in order of likelihood to attend rather than pure stats. The reports of offering scholarships for waitlisted students, etc. support that.

My kid had 34 ACT and 3.8 UW at public, similar ECs, but was humanities major; she was accepted EA with merit.
