The culture has had a huge shift under Rodney and not for the better per many teachers. Long term teachers are leaving and not retiring. Multiple Quakers who have been embedded in the community are leaving and don’t think admin truly embraces the Quaker ethos.
Upper school is the most stable division at the moment (first time that can be said since COVID) but it’s a low bar at the moment.
