We have a similar set-up - 3 year old twins plus a 1.5 year old. I highly suggest looking for a gym that offers a free daycare, at least for the working out part. Sometimes we even just bring a coffee and chill for a couple hours in the gym to have some peace and quiet

You need an adult (not local teen) and therefore will have to pay more. I’m a teacher who frequently babysits on the side on weekends and I’d charge you $50/hr. That’s a lot of young children that really need help/ intense supervision the whole time. I’d find someone you like and pay well so they come back.

You have too many young kids.

Are the babies already put to sleep? Are they reliably sleeping through the night?

So we've got $30 is fine, $50, $100, and "hire two babysitters". Huh.

This would be for the occasional date night or morning while we go for a run. Not a routine thing on a schedule.

I would want an adult with experience for this. Not a HS kid or college kid.
I think you could do $30-$35 an hour.

You’d be better off hiring 2 sitters unless this is an occasional date night.

Like, Saturday night babysitters? If the twins are already asleep and it's just playing with the 3 yr old for an hour before putting them to sleep, then $30 is fine. If it's when they're all awake, then $100 an hour.

I think $30 is too low. Sorry.

My gut is telling me $30/hr but curious what the DCUM braintrust has to say.
