No it isn't. You have to qualify for the pool to be in the lottery.

As for MSMC - My kid got in to Parkland Round 2. We are out of consortium. We have another week to decide.

Have invitations been going out? My daughter is already in at Takoma Park but I'm hoping a couple of her friends get in as well.
