I had a great safari organized by this group:
https://www.porini.com/kenya/porini-camps/
They run their own camps and offer both a camping and luxury tented safari options.
If I remember correctly, I paid about $5k for a six night safari with Porini, blending both camping and luxury tented, but this was in 2015? Probably a lot higher now but worth emailing them and getting an estimate.
In 2018 I went on a safari with my parents to Zambia. Ten nights in South Luangwa plus three nights at Victoria Falls. The total cost for the three of us was around 25k, including airfare.
Gavin Opie organized the Zambian safari for us:

Loved Gavin Opie and his bush camp. It was a fantastic experience.
However, I'd suggest maybe keeping a safari to one week at the most. Six nights/seven days is plenty of time. Then do something else, like Victoria Falls or Zanzibar or Lake Malawi. More options in South Africa.
