Subject: Sunglasses or visor/cap for running outside?
I prefer to wear a lightweight baseball hat (protects my skin, shades my eyes, and keeps sweat off my face). I just rinse it and hang to dry - and then run through the washing machine every few days.
Goodr glasses are truly the best.

I prefer just Goodr sunglasses. I sweat a ton in the summer and even light running hats or visors make me sweat even more.

I wear Goodr sunglasses - magically they don’t slip off my sweaty face in August.

I do both. I have a Nike hat made of tech fabric that doesn’t absorb sweat and is washable.

I prefer a cap because it also provides protection against the sun for my skin and stops some of the sweat from running into my eyes. It gets gross, but so do my workout clothes.

Both, get two hats and wash them in the machine and air dry them.

I have light eyes and struggle on sunny days when I forget my hat. But the hat is pretty gross and I have to remember to wash it. Does anyone prefer sunglasses over a cap? Why one or the other? Any brands to look at?
