Arent classes at MoCollege free for HS students?

Nope. Especially not free for kids who failed the first time.
Kids have gotten used to failing and “being able to take it in the summer” because it’s less work and more fun to goof off during class.
Now they get to feel the pain of failing—or at least their parents will.
+1
Also, $350 is completely reasonable. Taxpayers don’t need to fund your kid being able to graduate early or that kid who failed Math because they had 40+ absences. Some of these kids also don’t realize that there are a limited number of campuses (two I think?) and not a lot of space. Key takeaway: maybe they should pass the class the first time.

That’s not how it was before Covid. Haven’t checked the new rules though. Recover the cost was $300 per class.

Anonymous wrote:They used to charge before the pandemic, but I believe they used federal funds to make it free for all. Now they are back to charging and believe they raised it by $50 over the previous amount. There are discounts for those who qualify for FARMs.
