You can definitely call them, and you should! Does “grippy” still look like felt? Felt rug pads sometimes have a kind of clear coated side and a soft side. Soft side down.

If the rug pad isn’t moving, you put the tape between the rug pad and the rug. You can put it on the floor but it will be a pain when you need to remove it (goo gone required).

Probably you just need new rug pads but I also still suspect the rug pad is upside down. It might be worth trying to flip it.

You need a grippy rug pad. I don’t like the felt ones .

No. I mean I don’t really know but I’ve never had that happen. If Kellogg installed them or had a contractor do it, call them to ask. Maybe they can bring a new rug pad and/or some tape.

Definitely get a different rug pad, and then if that doesn’t work some tape to attach the rug to the pad.

The rug pad could also be upside down.

I bought some fairly pricey and what I thought were nice rugs from the Kellogg Collection. They are pretty, but one keeps bunching up and the other is sliding around constantly. I'm so tired of having to straighten them out every week! The other rugs I have from another store don't do this. Could it be the flimsy pad underneath - although the pad does not seem to be moving - just the rugs. Anyone else with this problem?
