I'd use a bookshelf for toys instead of a rolling cart, though. Eventually the baby is going to start pulling up onto all the furniture, and a rolling cart may not be ideal.

Honestly though I know there’s some official recommendation for room sharing for a year but I would have died. Babies are really loud sleepers. I need to be able to use my room. Six months? Sure. A year? Not if you can avoid it. Consider all of your options.

This worked for us but some babies won't settle if they can see you. So the plan for another room, or even a screen will work.
She won't care about decorations. Don't overbuy now. You may not need a lot of the stuff you described. Will she be in daycare? if yes, fewer toys are needed.
