Subject: Adult Tongue Tie
I recently found out that I have a tongue tie! It never affected my feeding or speech, but after a deep dive down the rabbit hole, I’m considering getting it clipped. I’ve been a mouth-breather my whole life (yuck) and think its affected the quality of my sleep.
Have any of you done this as adults? Was it life-changing? Outrageously painful? Thanks!
