It is not a complete protein. My doctor told me not to count it toward protein goals.

I found meat and low carb resolved my GERD, might try just cutting dairy?

Incomplete proteins can be a part of your daily protein count, esp if you're eating a variety. Truly.

No. It lacks amino acids to make it a complete protein. Same with bone broth.

Collagen supplements have very few different amino acids.

Tofu, beans, and gluten are good protein sources.

No. The Vital Proteins brand even has a statement on the bottle saying something about it not being dietary source of protein.

Yes but it shouldn’t be a major source of your protein for the day. I can’t recall the explanation but it’s not the same as whey. So 10g in your coffee, sure. But not 40g as a meal replacement.
