Aldi has the best nuts at the best prices. Their 1 pound bags of roasted, unsalted almonds are literally half the price Giant sells them for.

OP here. My kids love nuts and we prefer to buy from Costco due to optimized costs. Their pistachios and almonds are really good but no idea why cashews stink. How can they be rancid all the time? I have been buying for more than a year now and have tried from various different Costco locations.
Will try trader joes!

They might be old and rancid. Nuts are rich in oils and can go bad.

Why do Costco cashews always smell of fish? I have tried buying them from various Costco locations and they all smell the same.... Fish!
