For women’s clothing, Tysons and maybe Kingstown/Alexandria. Also try OT Alexandria. Just beware the Tysons location parking lot is a hot, steaming mess - avoid weekends for best selection.
I used to shop for formal dresses at Landmark TJ but haven’t been there in years.

Like if you wear a 2 or smaller you’ll have your pick. Everything else either goes quickly as soon as they get it in, or it just sells at the regular stores before it gets to off-price stores.
