Is she someone who would be willing to wear an Apple Watch? We looked into the devices for my mom but realized she'd never wear the type that go around your neck. She doesn't want to look like a little old lady. But she will wear an Apple Watch and charging is easy. It's also helpful because she did have a fall once (before the watch) but didn't have her phone on her; with the Apple Watch with cellular plan she can at least not only have the fall detected but also if she's conscious call 911 or we can call her.

Looking for a fall detection device for my mom who lives at home. Not sure that she will even use it but if anyone has one currently for an aging parent and likes it, lmk.
