The rooftop bar in the Bethesda Marriott. It probably won’t be too noisy on a Monday night and if the weather is good there’s outdoor seating.

Looking for recommendations on where to meet with some business associates in Bethesda for drinks - not too loud so we can have a conversation. Was thinking Hip & Flask, but their website says they are closed on Mondays. Appreciate any ideas/suggestions
