Pp here. I should add: the conversations are always going to be awkward but they are still necessary. The books help but there is no substitute for the discussion.

Guy Stuff is pretty good. Covers all of the things you mentioned plus hygiene, nutrition and friendships.

Life Skills Every Tween Should Know is another good one. It covers a wider variety of things aimed at becoming more independent (for example, simple dishes to cook yourself).

To avoid awkward conversations but educate my kid at the same time, what's a good book for a tween kid about puberty, hormonal changes, their newfound feelings, family life etc.

If course if they have questions after I would be there but just trying to make it easier for them and me first.
