I’ve reached my goal I’m on 1mg I feel tired a lot and have a really small appetite
I’d like to stay on this dose, I’m buying online

In the US, for the brand name Wegovy - yes. In some other countries, the price is different depending on dose. But I'm guessing that PP is taking compounded semaglutide. For compounded, you pay for the vial of medicine, so if you take a lower dose the vial lasts longer and thus it's cheaper.

I'm skinny now so I will stay on it so as not to regain.

I'm not at goal yet (currently BMI 28) but I have been sticking at 1.7 mg since I moved over from Ozempic at that level in August and I find I can go 1.5 to 2 weeks between shots without noticing. I have had no trouble getting 1.7 at CVS but am worried that lower doses are harder to find.

I'm not there yet. But what my doctor said many do is to take it (I'm not sure what dose) less frequently. She said that once you get to a BMI of 27, you stop weekly injections but if (when) you see your BMI creeping back up over 27, you take it for a short time until you're back down. Says it works fine like that, but I don't think it's a formally recommended approach.

I'm on Ozempic (compunded) and have lost 40 lbs. I have ramped down from 1.0 to .25 over the last 3 months. Also spacing them out to every 10-11 days rather than 7. Definitely have stopped losing but have been able to maintain so far. I will cycle back up if needed.

I will try to be off it over the summer as a test but will go back on if needed. I get that this may be a lifetime commitment and I am okay with that.

I'm in the same situation. I've lost 40 pounds and may want to lose 10 more, but no more than that. I meet regularly with a weight loss doctor and dietician and plan to ask them at my appt in a few weeks. This seems like a question that only a physician can answer.

About 40 lb, so it's been one to two pounds a week pretty consistently.

How much have you lost overall?

If you have reached your goal weight on Wegovy, have you gone down on the mg's ? Or stayed at whatever dose you were at?

I am about at my goal weight, been on Wegovy since August-I'm at 1mg, never went higher. I started losing right away at .25 and after I got to 1mg, my dr and I agreed no reason to go up. Now that I'm about to where I don't want to lose any more, but rather maintain-I was thinking I should ramp down? Maybe start with .50mg again and even go down to .25? I don't see my dr again till this summer.

What have others' experience been in this regard? I do plan for the time being to stay on Wegovy. It's been amazing for me, my cholesterol is back to normal (no meds needed) and with the reported side effects of a reduction in heart disease, heart attack and stroke, I am very happy on it.
