To me she acts like a functioning alcoholic on the show. Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoy watching the Grand Dame but her behavior isn’t normal, even for reality tv. And that’s saying alot.

So I’m not surprised by her drunken driving.

How do you know she was over the limit? I read she refused treatment and a breathalyzer.
