Caviar - never tried it, makes me feel gross thinking of what it is, but I've heard it's really good. I love seafood, so if it tastes like shrimp, crab, lobster then I'd probably like it.

OP,
You cannot find anyone who wants to try Ethiopian? Go by yourself! I love the yellow lentil dish and shrimp in red sauce. And beef tips. Yum ... my stomach is growling. This reminds me I haven't been in awhile. If anyone you know likes Indian, you maybe be able to persuade them with the fact that Ethiopian is somewhat similar.

Tongue. It looks so gross and I can't get past the idea of what I would be eating. However, I love deli meat and good sandwiches. My grandmother always orders it. But she's got bigger balls than me.

The unusual veggies/fruits I see at H-mart. I think I need to go there one day, write down their names and look up the recipes. But I think it would be embarassing it walk around with a pen and pencil.

If it's Ethiopian, and you live in this area, there's really no excuse. If you can't find someone, just go yourself. Life is too short to have always wanted to try something, but not doing it, if it's in your own backyard!
I really want some bulgogi tacos, but have to wait for the magical new food truck to appear in this area
