That’s typically how it works at young ages and the older they get the less that matters. Only downside is Q3 and Q4 players end up quitting too soon.

The kids who should t be it are the ones they select. You know run fast, look out for themselves. Selfish play gets noticed. Team players don't. That's why we lose the world cup.

They messed up the camp. You won’t see it advertised. June will be true camp. 👀

Club director recommends you - scout watches you. Two main ways. You go to talent id camps which are more localized regional camps and then after 3-4 of those they usually do regional camps and then national camps with each step being harder to make.

Wrong they skipped that step this year for u14. No regional camp just national camp.
