The percentiles are against the age norm, so unless you can get that from Riverside I don't know how you'd do it yourself.

There are more than 3 categories of questions on CogAT. The CogAT report will have the percentiles on it. Are you trying to estimate a score based on some workbook sample questions? I would think that would be impossible, especially since there is a bonus in the VQN for consistency across the areas (quantitative, non-quantitative, verbal).
