Have their numbers really been that decimated?

Does anyone know the real reason? Does it have to do with ECNL HQ being located in Virginia? Local club politics? Can Maryland ECNL players move to a Virginia ECNL club beginning March 1st but not the other way around?

By HS, all of the boys are at HS practices and games in VA so nobody is at practice---just a small mixed group that aren't playing HS or have a Fall private school season/or come from MD.
It's not an issue by 9th in ECNL because most games are over.

No VA encl is a mess. MD just started and can only send offers starting in May 1. It's a shame that players don't come to practice. That's bad on the parents.
No its on the coach, have more dynamic pratices that doesn't include half the team playing on a seperate field. Players are looking outside of their current team environment for a reason, if you just exclude them moving forward whats the benefit of going to practice? Its always the club and the coaches responsibility, we are consumers we should be able to do what we want, and deal with the repurcussions.
