Fascinating - I have not found anyone good in this area but I think the trick is to have tiny, tiny highlights which takes more time forthe stylist. I'd be willing to pay more for that because it makes a huge differnece.
OP your hair color is good for this though - you have an advantage over those of us with a darker base color. I have blond highlights to "blend" with the gray and in the end it's okay but either 1) gray or 2) looks like all the colors of the rainbow as my kids say they love (I don't).
