I agree that it is a fit decision for DC. Go there because DC wants to be part of a specific peer group and vibe, not because of the potential financial outcome. With a CS major there are excellent opportunities at all of these schools.

The tech industry has changed a great deal in the last few years. Jobs are harder to come by and salaries have come down.

Does your kid want to live on East Coast or West Coast?

Brandeis salaries will be biased high because of East Coast grad distribution (where they live). I can't really assess how that would compare to the other schools. But you should be wary of using that as a huge decisionmaking criteria. Region is better since it ties to lifestyle vs. just pay.
