DC applied BXA as well and is still waiting. DC’s friend in the humanities got in last night. Although there was no email (aside from the one from 3-4 days ago). The kid just checked the portal and there was the acceptance

So annoyed with the “phased” release.

What is BXA?


Intercollege degree program. Bachelor of (insert your major) and Arts. They have several programs, this one for example is BSA:

The Bachelor of Science and Arts (BSA) intercollege degree program combines the strengths of the College of Fine Arts (CFA) and the Mellon College of Science (MCS). This degree is designed for students who are gifted in both the fine arts and the natural sciences or mathematics, and who have the interest and the exceptional ability to pursue both disciplines simultaneously. Students choose their arts concentration from the following schools in CFA: Architecture, Art, Design, Drama or Music. Students choose their science concentration from among the departments in MCS: Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Mathematical Sciences, Neurobiology or Physics.

I've heard that people from CS, Engineering and business have gotten decision (but not everyone). Also, the decision have been mixed (some rejected, some accepted). So I am not sure how they decide which decisions to send out first. However, a lot of people still do not have decisions.
