I'm getting back into jogging and my old playlist is way out of date and stale. Does anybody have any suggestions for songs to add?
I'm a 45yo woman and my playlist is currently a mix of a lot of different stuff- I have some old Jay Z and Missy Elliot type, a ton of Arcade Fire/Bleachers stuff. Really just looking for anything energetic that will keep my pumped up and wanting to keep going... The best are songs with a driving tempo/beat plus lyrics that pump me up.
