The retail price is over $1100 but the price is adjusted to $1113 when the savings card is applied so that the final cost is $550.

We have BCBS FEP standard and the original cost was $1249. Our out-of-pocket amount was $475. I just picked up the order Saturday, so it's still fresh in my mind.

Try Wal Mart. I got it for $550 there. Also make sure that you go to the Eli Lilly website and get your code and the most current discount number.

Give them the info on your savings card on the phone (or if you drop off the prescription) and ask them to quote the final price back. CVS told me $550 on the phone and, indeed, it was $550 when I picked it up.

It was 550 when I bought it but I switched to compound when the coupon wasn’t working and it’s cheaper and seems just the same so far.

BCBS FEP's copay was 525 or some such. I couldn't believe it. 686 or 550, it's still too much.

Hi. I see multiple posts with people commenting that you can get Zepbound for $550/month if your insurance wont cover it. But the discount card the company offers is only good for $563 off each month (4 pen) supply. CVS and another pharmacy I contacted say the cost is $1,249 if you pay out of pocket. So that works out to $686 a month, not $550 per month.

Is there another discount card or something people are using to get it from $686 down further to the $550 people are quoting?
