no they won't let you see because all the other kids are C team players. If you find out now, you'll bail.

Congrats to your kid. Which team does your kid want to play for? Go with that one maybe. I also assume your kid wasn’t wearing orange.

2012. So options including SYC, NVA, and maybe whatever Union is called now. I assume we are rolling offers and flying blind on who is with my kid other than rumors. I know this isn't unique but people are very much tight lipped this year

You kid probably already knows which other players are getting the Union invite and if not will know soon if any of their friends or current teammates were also trying out. The kids talk. Who else ate you hoping will be on the team? Just ask those families.

Many will allow this. DS did. But be warned that the team you train with in the spring may look very different in the fall. Kids will leave and new ones take roster spots. The coach might even change. But it sure beats going in blind.

Is there an appropriate way to ask what a team looks like or train with those invited before accepting an offer? My kid is going to spend a great deal of time with these kids over the next year or more. How can I word this to the Club before we say yes (or no). Is this event a possibility before I ask? (Parent feeling unnevered about a 48 hour "deadline" for a 4k+ investment financially and an innumerable time investment)
