I have a really low appetite and I’m on an extremely low dose. For meals I’m trying to get protein in. For breakfast I had greek yogurt, ground turkey and an egg and a little avocado and feel stuffed. What are some foods I can eat that won’t make me super full? dinner is usually a salad and some protein.

I think it is to help with constipation issues.

I prioritize protein, electrolyte water and then just eat whatever I want/can. For me, it's like forced intermittent fasting, but without any hunger or cravings. I feel the best I've felt in decades.
Oh. And I'm on a low dose, too.
What dose are you on? I’m on .25mg/.1mL compounded

If I had low appetite I would focus on fruits and vegetables and build those around proteins. So mix spinach in your eggs and have an apple for breakfast.
Yogurt with a mix of berries for lunch.
Salad with different colored vegetables and a protein for dinner.
A little healthy fat in all of them.
