Subject: Why are there mosquitoes in my car?
I had one in my car yesterday! Just buzzing around. DH sat outside yesterday evening and said they were attacking him!

Or do you have water in the door somewhere? It only takes a tiny pool of water for one mosquito to lay eggs in and a day or 2 later you'll have more mosquitos.
Stagnant water isn’t enough. It needs algae growing in it for the larvae to feed on.

Could be fruit flies - did your kid toss a piece of food under the seat? Rotting fruit?
If it is multiple mosquitos, they likely bred somewhere in your car. Windshield and condensation drain line might be clogged with debris (dirt, leaves, pollen) and water is accumulating under your floor mat or behind your glove box.
We had that last year in my Subaru - drain line was clogged and dripping on the front passenger floormat from underneath the glove box. Watched a video on Youtube - opened the panel near passenger foot area and used a ShopVac to suck out the debris + long thin bottle brush to push out anything remaining. 20 minute job and easy to do.
