I'm sure this toxic behavior is why Principal Owusu was eager to retire early and get the hell outta Clarksburg HS as well: https://moco360.media/2023/11/14/clarksburg-hs-principal-announces-retirement-amid-backlash-to-pro-palestine-student-walkout/

There's a lot going on at Clarksburg HS. Especially given the recent arrest of a former student who was accused of sexually assaulting a current student.

Cram is a professional liar, but that's the job he's paid to do. He's not the problem, just the messenger. Admin is the problem.

Cram might be a liar but only one of them is lying in this instance.

School-based admin are telling parents and community leaders that their hands are tied by CO when they recommend dangerous and repeat offender students for suspension and expulsion.

So if that is true, why is Cram denying that? If that’s not true, why are school-based admin blaming CO?

Our current BOE is focused on its progressive politics and virtue signaling. Just like the rest of our local politicians. That needs to change.

We need a BOE who will actually address parent concerns regarding student safety and discipline.

This. It is a system-wide issue. Cram is just doing his job, which is to cover up and make things appear better than they are.

These issues come from the top down. We need a BOE that actually cares about our kids and a Superintendent who is willing to implement better discipline.

Bless the subs. At a different school, a sub had parents come in to help tutor kids. Parents complained to principal about the violence they saw in school, so the principal banned parent volunteers.

I ish more subs would come forward on behalf of teachers who fear retaliation. Clarksburg isn’t the only school that feels unsafe

On the flip side, I’m appalled at Chris Cram’s lies that school administrators’ hands aren’t tied by ridiculous CO polices and personnel.

At some point, admin are gonna have to fight back against CO. They keep getting thrown under the bus by them.

Lies about COVID numbers, not addressing complaints- cover ups, can't mail out state mandated test results etc etc etc
