True, but a lot of the anxiety has to do with other people. And this is basically forced interaction with strangers. Some people hate that.

IDK but I'm booking camps for my kids and I'm so jealous of the no-electronics, sports, tennis, dance, crafts aspect of it all....

My SIL went there for 3 weeks. It’s not a resort or yoga type of retreat.

No, but I had to leave in the middle of the night once and check in at a hotel. Was about to really lose it on the husband. I think he learned a lesson.

The retreat at SP hospital or another hospital isn’t gonna be like one in Costa Rica.

Like a totally voluntary, nice facility that feels like a spa but has therapy, group therapy, consultations? If you or anyone you know has experience and you can share, I would be grateful. Thank you.
