Georgia State is a safety that’s for sure…USF and A&M are targets. Tech and UNC are reaches.
Texas A&M looks like a target only because the average SAT is 1275. But 90+% if the student body is from in state, and they have the top 10% program in Texas, which drives down the averages. Out of state, I wouldn't be confident with that score. Like everything else in the list besides Georgia State, it should be considered a reach.

He did not think UCF was a reach bc he knows a couple kids who got in with worse scores and grades.
