My 5-year old takes classes with a local artist, Alexey Zoob. He teaches small classes for kids at his home on weekends.

Create Arts Center also offers art therapy for kids and adults. This is in addition to scheduled art therapy groups and art classes.

I would reach out to the art class places near you and ask if they would be willing to do a private class. I've heard good things about visi arts and their willingness to be accommodating.
