My answer as a woman who is dating for a little over a year on OLD: no, there is no chance to find an STD-free FWB. Men who seek for a relationship will be offended and will stray. Men who only seek sex will have infections. I bought a toy and vaginal cream, happy like a clam while dating looking for a real connection.

I don't have the time and money to waste on these arrangements take more time and medical check-ups after

No, it is not. Same as meeting anyone.

Assuming you’re divorced, the odds are good that you know a divorced guy/gal who might be interested in the same thing. There are plenty of divorced people with kids who have little time for dating and all that entails but might like a once a month date and romp.

A man who is just looking to use you for sex is not going to be a safe person. I'm actually not trying to sound as judgmental as I know that sounds. The idea of friends with benefits was literally sleeping with a friend, whom you know and trust already. Looking for a random sex partner isn't safe either in terms of STDs or a person who may be looking to hurt you or cross boundaries.

Dating app, be clear you’re not looking for a relationship. As a woman it’s so easy.

If you’re a woman you do not need a dating app, there’s someone in your orbit that would fit the job description very nicely, promise.
