I don’t think MCPS is doing a great job right now but this is absolutely ridiculous to get hysterical over. If you have critical thinking skills and a brain, read the article. 3000 parents were surveyed. Give me a break. This is definitely a nothing burger.

+1. Why would I choose anything outside of the 10 districts in my area I know about? The 3000 parents could have been 1 from each state and the rest from California. Incredibly biased survey.
Test Prep Insight, a study and test prep company, spoke with 3,000 parents across the nation to find out which school districts they would most want their children to be in if they had the choice.

Think how privileged and demanding many of the DCUM posters are always expecting special treatment. People here are almost never happy with things. They find things to complain about. That's all this survey measures.

Surveys aren't objective. I would think it was lower given the complaining I read here, but by any objective measure it is in the top 10.
