I dislike this guy so much, it made me dislike Dartmouth. I was relieved my kid didn't like the tour. All because of this podcast - lol!

Yale's is good. Not a podcast, but if you look on Youtube Holy Cross College walks you through implementation of the software program that admission's counselor use that display gpa, SAT scores, recommendations/notes. Very revealing for behind the scenes.
