My physical therapist told me he’s seen several patients who’ve been injured by these stretch lab places. Not worth the risk.

Exactly what I was gonna say. It's fabulous for flexibility. It's all about holding the stretches.

Waste of time. You want strength through range of motion. Stretching like what these places do is for the feels.

+1
My physical therapist pointed out that he's insured and they are not.
Since I can't afford PT forever, I learned all the stretches myself.

My local ND had a lot of negative things to say about stretchlab. I read somewhere (maybe DCUM) that you need one yoga session for each strength training session. I strength train 3x week and do yoga 3-5x per week. I've been strength-training for 15 years and added the yoga about 2 years ago. Yoga has made a huge difference - and I was a yoga nay-sayer for years.

Been doing strength training with personal trainer it has been fantastic as results but I tend to get really tight and sore for a few days afterwards.
Been hesitant to go to one of those stretch therapy places as Im curious to know of anyone who’s done it at those facilities like stretchlab/stretchworkz/ stretchzone. Have they seen a good outcome? Worth it? Any recommended person?
